How it works
At your first appointment, you’ll be assessed through a mixture of muscle testing, functional orthopaedic tests, as well as checking your mobility to gauge issues and diagnose your condition. Based on what we find, we’ll then create a personalised treatment plan for you.
Breathe Chiropractic takes a holistic approach to wellness, which means that we draw on a number of techniques and modalities. As well as chiropractic adjustments, we also offer stretching, trigger point therapy, traction, Active Release Technique®, and Shockwave therapy. What’s best for you will be part of your personalised treatment plan.
